Spring is the time of the year where everything is supposed to be fresh and new; every time it’s a beginning all over again. Now it’s November and still the same thing is about to happen at chocri. Old meets new. I am gone and the new intern Juliane is here. Both of us created a very special chocolate bar for you: The bars of the month November. After six months of working for this superb chocolate factory my favourite creation is dark chocolate with cranberries, roasted peanuts and pistachios. I hope you love Bye Bye Alex as much as I do.
