It does not have to be a huge gift for Valentine's Day. Even with tasty chocolate cookies you may score points. And since chocri chocolate and chocolate cookies fit perfectly together I prepared some quite delicious chocri-chocolate-cookies.

These cookies are quite easy to prepare and an absolute highlight. You need the following ingredients:
150g flour
100g sugar
125g soft butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon bourbon vanilla sugar
and 1 bar of chocri chocolate

The preparation causes no great difficulties. Chop the chocri into large pieces. Stir butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until it is fluffy and add the egg. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir it into the butter mixture. Divide the dough in large or small parts and arrange them on a baking tray with baking paper. Now firmly press the chunks of chocri into the dough. Preheat the oven to 175°C and bake the cookies in the middle rack about 15 to 20 minutes.

The February promises to be eventful. Valentine’s Day and Carnival are at the door. And the winter finally arrived in Berlin. It is really cold outside. Who of you don’t feel like getting on a winter walk? I would recommend a cozy couch afternoon. Relax and enjoy a piece of chocolate!

Our bars of the month are the perfect start for an eventful February. The bar Milk’n Rainbow is not only colorful, but also really chocolaty. Colorful chocolate dragées and rice crispies in chocolate coating on the basic ingredient of all chocolate: cocoa nibs. The bar White Dream was created by our German Facebook fans. On white chocolate are sour cherries, roasted peanuts and nougat pieces.
