Wow, what a busy week! We made an appearance at SXSW, and the orders for personalized chocolate bars kept rolling in. Here are five of the best bar names this week- can you spot the trend?

• Russell's Redemption- Keep Hope Alive (Milk and White Chocolate with Roasted Almonds, Organic Salt Pretzels, Rice Crispies in Chocolate Coating and Caramel Pieces in Easter Packaging) We're pulling for you, Russell!

• The Tropical Bachelor (Milk Chocolate with Mango Cubes, Coconut Flakes, Pineapple Bits, Caramel Pieces and Bourbon Vanilla) We were out of beer pieces.

Just about a week until winter is officially over for good, chocri fans! We've been seeing many personalized chocolate bars themed for Easter, the springiest of all holidays. Here are this week's top five bar names:

• Twisty Turtle (Milk Chocolate with Organic Salt Pretzels, Pecans and Caramel Pieces) Honestly, this is one of the most delicious-sounding bars I have seen in a while.

• Will You Marry Me? (White Chocolate with Candied Rose Petals, Real Gold Flakes and Writing 'I Love You') I would totally marry this person.

• Megan is kind beautiful and amazing (White Chocolate with Candied Rose Petals, Real Gold Flakes and Writing 'Just Married') Totally feeling all the White Chocolate this week, chocri lovers!

• Jay-Gasm (Dark Chocolate with Toasted Hazelnuts, Coconut Flakes and Nougat) Can't help but wonder if this is 'for' Jay, or 'by' Jay.

• You'll See God (Dark Chocolate with Coffee, Bacon and Chocolate Sizzle Rocks) Unrelated to the Jay-Gasm.

They say March comes in like a lion, which would be especially true this March if lions were accompanied by large gusts of wind. Easter is late this year, but we've gotten a few hints of Spring in the weather this week in New York, and many personalized chocolate bars have had a decidedly springy feel to them. Here are five of the best bar names for this first week of March.

Happy Friday, everyone! Big upcoming weekend in entertainment, with the Academy Awards (or Oscars) on Sunday. We noticed two trends this week in chocolate orders- one is the number of bars ordered with written messages- was everyone feeling a bit chocolative this week?

Another is the increased frequency in bars named with "don't touch" or "hide this" themes. Are there marauding bands of personalized chocolate bar thieves to which we've not yet been made aware? I shall take this opportunity to point out that making your own bar is an excellent deterrent to chocolate thievery- who else likes white bars with pistachios and basil, huh?
