Ground Chili
Thirty years ago, the idea to spice up chocolate with chili would certainly have been laughed out of any chocolate factory. Ironic, since the people of South America, who basically invented chocolate, have always mixed the two. Luckily, we at chocri would never laugh at any idea; that is, if it’s related to chocolate! And we hope you won’t either! So go ahead and be traditional for your next order - make a chili chocri.
Flower Mix
Whoever desires a mix of beautiful flowers petals has come to the right place. Whether you’re from the city or the country, we’re sure you’ll enjoy a little bit of nature on your chocri.
Pecans
And yet another delicious possibility – the pecan comes from South America and has been eaten for centuries. It has a similar taste to the walnut, though a bit milder. The pecan tree is the national tree in Texas and is eaten by astronauts to calm nerves when flying in outer space. Quite an important job for a little nut like the pecan! In the future, we will certainly produce pecan chocri for all of our space-traveling clients.
Walnuts
So you thought that the walnut was just delicious? Think again! In antiquity, the walnut was associated with fertility and played a role in marriage ceremonies. The center has also been considered a symbol for the flesh of Christ, but it has also been associated with lust and sin. Additionally, the shade of the walnut tree was thought to be harmful to one’s health. Well, one thing that will never change – just as you thought, the walnut is and always will be, simply delicious.
Caramel Pieces
Toffee is a buttery version of caramel. Caramel itself is nothing else but sugar heated slowly to 340°F. That's pretty hot, as everyone knows who tried this at home before and burned their fingers because the caramel smells so tasty. But don't worry - the toffee pieces on your chocolate will have cooled down by the time you get them. Although your chocolate bar will still be "hot", only in a different sense.
