The thereby generated cocoa butter is combined with milk extractives and sugar to produce the delicious treat of white chocolate. In Japan, there is a “White Day” on March 14. Japanese men celebrate it by presenting the ladies with gifts of white chocolate. The more eligible the woman, the more special and premium the chocolate she get.
